Current Federal law makes it impossible for election officials to ensure that no non-citizens are registered to vote. In fact, unless an election official can prove in the affirmative that someone isn’t a citizen, current law requires the voter be able to vote by only attesting with checking a box on their voter registration form that they are a citizen. They can still vote in both state and Federal elections -- except for AZ where they can still receive a ballot for Federal elections.

While the Biden Administration imported millions of illegal immigrants across our border and provided them with social security numbers, driver’s licenses, and other financial benefits, many states automatically register voters when they give someone a driver’s license.

President Trump did an Executive Order requiring proof of citizenship to vote. SAVE Act (HR22) will codify that into law permanently!

The SAVE Act secures our elections by:
- Requiring election officials only register voters that prove their citizenship
- Prohibiting non-citizens from voting on Federal ballots
- Providing the tools to election officials to properly identify the citizenship status of voters and remove voters who aren't citizens.
- Authorizing DHS to process illegal non-citizens for deportation if they cast a ballot

Ensuring only citizens can vote in Federal elections is the most crucial election integrity initiative of this session in Congress.

We've identified 282 explicit, graphic or inappropriates books are being promoted to minors in Maricopa County libraries. These books are rated by an organization called Book Logs as inappropriate for children and either needing parental guidance or book too explicit for children at any age.

Many of these books expose children to obscene content that is currently against the law in ARS 13-3553.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors also serves as the county Library Board.

Several extremely explicit books are being promoted to young children in county libraries. These books expose children to obscene content that is currently against the law in ARS 13-3553.

Additionally, there are many books available to children that are inappropriate at young ages. Parents should be making the decisions regarding what content their children access. 

Booklogs.org is an organization that provides a rating system to make this easy for library administrations. Books rated 3 and higher are deemed inappropriate for kids without parental oversight. 

Ask the Board of Supervisors to implement a children's library card protection process so that parents must be the decision maker on which books their children can access if the books are rated 3 and above by BookLogs.org.
