TELL THE EAC TO REQUIRE PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

FROM OUR FRIENDS AT EIN:

The integrity of our elections is under threat, and your voice is needed to protect the sacred right of American citizens to vote. America First Legal (AFL) has filed a critical petition with the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship (DPOC) for voter registration in federal elections. This commonsense measure would ensure that only U.S. citizens can vote, safeguarding our democracy from fraud and illegal voting.

As Senior Counsel James Rogers stated, “The right to vote is the sacred privilege of American citizens—period. We are demanding that the EAC fulfill its duty to the American people by requiring real, documentary proof of citizenship to register for federal elections. Anything less is an open invitation for illegal voting and a betrayal of our democracy.”

The EAC is now accepting public comments on this petition, and we need YOU to amplify this call to action. By submitting a comment, you can urge the EAC to amend the federal voter registration form to require DPOC, such as a Real ID driver’s license, military ID, or passport. This is a critical step to ensure that our elections remain secure and that only eligible voters determine America’s future.

Why This Matters

The current federal voter registration form relies on an “honor system,” requiring only a checkbox to confirm citizenship without verification.

States like Arizona, Georgia, Alabama, and Kansas have faced legal challenges when trying to implement DPOC requirements, leaving vulnerabilities in our election system.

Evidence from states like Pennsylvania and Texas shows thousands of non-citizens have been registered to vote, with some even casting ballots in past elections.

Your comment can help pressure the EAC to act swiftly and strengthen election integrity.

How to Submit Your Comment

The EAC is accepting public comments through the Regulations.gov website. Follow these steps to make your voice heard:

PASS THE SAVE ACT
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

Petition to Congress: Pass the SAVE Act and Protect Our Elections

To the Members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives:

As your constituent, I urge you to take immediate action to secure our elections and protect the integrity of every American’s vote by passing the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act and any other legislation necessary to ensure that only U.S. citizens are allowed to register and vote in U.S. elections.

The SAVE Act, which has already passed the House, mandates proof of citizenship at the time of voter registration—closing loopholes that currently allow noncitizens to register and possibly vote in our elections. This legislation is supported by the overwhelming majority of Americans across the political spectrum.

I call on you to include the SAVE Act—or stronger America First election integrity measures championed by President Trump—as part of the upcoming Continuing Resolution or any must-pass legislation. Our election systems must be safeguarded before the 2026 midterm election and beyond.

According to recent polling, more than 80% of Americans—including the vast majority of Republicans, Democrats, and independents—agree that proof of citizenship should be required to register to vote. Protecting the right of American citizens to determine the future of our country is not a partisan issue; it is a fundamental duty of Congress.

Therefore, I respectfully request that you:

  • Cosponsor and vote YES on the SAVE Act and related election integrity legislation;

  • Demand the inclusion of these measures in the Continuing Resolution or any legislative vehicle moving through Congress;

  • Publicly advocate for election reforms that guarantee only U.S. citizens can vote in our elections.

Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our constitutional republic. I expect you to act decisively to protect them.

MAKE ELECTIONS GREAT AGAIN
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

Maricopa County is playing games again with election integrity. They plan to approve a BIG overpriced contract in their 6/25/25 Formal Meeting with a failed vendor to conduct a review of their election processes.

They are going to spend 4x as much on this contractor even though more qualified organizations applied at a fraction of the cost.
