ENSURE ONLY CITIZENS VOTE IN AZ
Recently, Arizona's Secretary of State found 98k voters without proof of citizenship on record. This is in addition to the over 45k Federal Only voters who have never proven they they are citizens but can vote in the Federal Elections including for President, US Senate and Congress.
The Federal Only voter list is growing rapidly in Arizona, with an over 44% increase in Maricopa County alone since last October.
Secretary Fontes' Attorney recently released a letter indicating to our organization indicating that he's not even releasing the list of the 98k impacted voters to anyone until after the election. Reportedly, this includes the Recorders.
He also hasn't given the Recorders full access to all of the tools needed to ensure only citizens are registered to vote in their Counties.
Click the Take Action button to tell Secretary Fontes to give the Recorders the list of impacted voters and the tools to ensure only citizens are registered to vote. Ask the Recorders to send the Federal Only voters in their County to DHS to identify citizenship/immigration status and ensure only citizens are registered to vote.
TELL MARICOPA COUNTY TO STOP MAKING IT HARDER TO VOTE
Maricopa County should be doing everything they can to make it easier to vote but harder to cheat. Instead, the hours and locations of the voting centers have made it harder for some voters to participate.

STOP 15-MINUTE CITY SURVEILLANCE TICKETING STREET CAMERAS
The City of Phoenix is preparing to bring back their abusive red light and speed camera ticketing program, with a surveillance expansion component giving them the future ability to track all citizens and all cars.
This is a part of the woke anti-car agenda we’ve been warning about to create 15-minute cities that Phoenix calls TODs in the General Plan. Their goal is to penalize you as much as possible to force you out of owning a personal vehicle (per their staff). This program would increase surveillance and ticketing in ways that raise fundamental privacy and due-process concerns.
They are planning to put these cameras in predominently Hispanic and Black communities, which will create further burdens since the City recently voted to raise water rates by 42% and inflation is driving people out of their homes.
Since the City is rushing into this decision, the Transportation Sub-Committee meeting happening on Wednesday, October 18th at 10 AM is our last chance to protect Phoenix citizens.
Studies show that Phoenix's yellow lights are excessively short causing red light running. Yellow lights should be lengthened followed by a 3 year study period before robot ticketing should be considered.
THREE ACTIONS TO TAKE
1) Call their offices and tell them NO Red Light Surveillance Cameras. Instead, study lengthening yellow light times.

TELL AZ CORP COMM TO BAN ESG!
ACTION ALERT: Tell the Corporation Commission to STOP ESG!
Last week, the Corporation Commission argued that it does not have the power or authority to protect ratepayers from monopoly utilities wedding themselves to ESG. This is NOT true. In fact, the Commission has an OBLIGATION to do so.
ESG requires RADICAL environmental goals, like going Net Zero by 2050. This means the utilities will retire RELIABLE energy production, and instead invest only in UNRELIABLE and UNAFFORDABLE energy leading to catastrophic BLACKOUTS!
ESG also requires unconstitutional discrimination through workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) trainings, employment practices, and discrimination in work contracts based on race. This creates an UNSAFE work environment for regulated utility employees and opens up risk of costly litigation that will be bankrolled by ratepayers.
The Corporation Commission exists to regulate the utilities that have been given a MONOPOLY. Unless the utilities want to open themselves up to competition, they must submit to the regulation of the Commission that protects the safety of their employees and customers and ensures adequate service of AFFORDABLE and RELIABLE energy. As long as the utilities support ESG, they will FAIL to meet these requirements.
Let your Commissioners know you expect them to PROHIBIT ESG at the utilities. It is COSTLY, will make our grid UNSAFE and UNRELIABLE, and the Commission has a constitutional obligation to protect ratepayers from it!
Send an email to all Commissioners HERE!
Make sure to include Docket # AU-00000A-20-0311 in the subject line and the body of the email.

Use the Template Below:
Commissioners,
As a ratepayer, I expect you to PROHIBIT ESG at the utilities. ESG requires radical environmental goals like Net Zero by 2050 which will result in an UNAFFORDABLE and UNRELIABLE grid with rolling blackouts like California. It's estimated ESG is currently costing ratepayers $6B in Arizona and this cost will rise!
ESG also requires unconstitutional discrimination like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) that results in an UNSAFE work environment for employees and will result in costly litigation.
The Commission has a constitutional OBLIGATION to protect the employees of utilities and prescribe just and reasonable rates, which means ensuring AFFORDABLE and RELIABLE energy.
I urge you to adopt a policy BANNING ESG at the utilities.
Please add my comments to Docket No. AU-00000A-20-0311.
TELL PHOENIX TO UNBAN PUBLIC COMMENT
THE DEEP STATE STRIKES BACK
In response to our Stop the AZ Deep public comment project, the City of Phoenix is now limiting in-person public comment to only 5 items to per meeting. This is outrageous!
This policy encourages the Mayor to put coup tyrannical items onto the same agenda so that we can't speak out against all of them.
Call the City Council Members and tell them to unban in-person public comment and allow public comment on every item.
